Production Facility
Bludau’s production facility contains 2 beam lines, 2 angle lines, a camber machine, multiple miscellaneous saws, iron workers, and benders. We typically produce between 800-1,000 tons of material per month. Our beam lines can handle up to 36“ beams while our camber machines can work on a 30“ beam.
Our estimating staff provides bid and budgeting services on any size project while working with the contractor and owner on value engineering options if needed. Our project managers work the engineers, architects, and contractors to get all the building drawn out correctly and as intended. We provide detailing services along with connection design and stairs and rail design by State of Texas professional engineers. Our shop employees bring in decades of experiences and expertise to get the job fabricated correctly and on time.
